As of 11/03/2025, any catering orders placed for under 25 guests will incur a $50 delivery fee. This adjustment allows Gilead to more accurately cover the logistical costs associated with delivering smaller-scale events, including vehicle maintenance and staƯ time. We encourage clients with smaller gatherings to consider pick-up options, if feasible, to avoid this fee.
As of 11/03/2025, all external vendor requests will be subject to a 10.6% handling and administration fee. This includes rentals, florals, and specialty vendors.
We require a 30-minute window for all deliveries and pick-ups.
Any leftover food & beverage, equipment, rentals, and non-disposable supplies should be left in the room for pick up at conclusion of your event. If any food, beverages, equipment, rentals and supplies are moved to another location, please email Tides.Catering@gilead.com to notify us of the new location.
Equipment and rentals not returned will be charged to the cost center for that event.
Event pick-ups after 5 pm will incur a $150 late pick up fee.
The Good Eating Company is not responsible for the removal of any leftover food & beverage or equipment from any vendor other than The Good Eating Company.
We appreciate receiving your order three (3) days before your event so that we can properly prepare for it.
Any orders placed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $150 fee.
Cancellations made 5 days prior to the event will be billed for 25% of the invoice total.
Cancellations within 3 days of the event will be billed for 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be billed for 100% of the invoice total.
Catering service hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except Firm-approved holidays. Please contact Tides.Catering@gilead.com regarding service outside of these hours.
Receptions, dinners, and weekend services are available and must be arranged in advance. These services will incur additional labor fees.
Please specify special dietary restrictions and requests when planning the event menu. Discuss details of dietary restrictions and requests with your Catering Event Manager.
Charges for catering services will be based on prices when services are rendered.
