To schedule events, please contact Client Services to confirm room availability, design, room set-up, and plan for catering services.
Catering service hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except Firm-approved holidays. Please contact Client Services regarding service outside these hours.
Receptions, dinners, and weekend services are available and must be arranged in advance. These services will incur additional labor fees.
Please specify special dietary restrictions and requests when planning the event menu. Discuss details of dietary restrictions and requests with Event Management.
Final billing is based on the guaranteed number of attendees or actual number of attendees, whichever is greater, and the final menu of items, quantities, and services provided to best serve you.
Charges for catering services will be based on prices when services are rendered.
We appreciate receiving your order three (3) days before your event so that we can properly prepare for it.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM, one (1) business day in advance.
Cancellations or changes received after 12:00 PM, one (1) business day before the event may result in charges for cost of food, supplies, or other expenses incurred.
